Where there's a Will, there's a way!

For over two decades Will has been providing solutions to the challenges that keep leaders, entrepreneurs, and thought leaders up at night. His energetic, inspirational, and thought provoking message is effective and motivating - “Where there’s a Will, there’s a way!”

Is there such a thing as a "quin-bio?" With all the different facets to his personality, just describing one doesn't seem to suffice.
First, there's “Wilton”, the solution-oriented business leader with expertise in business operations, process, strategy development, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) work. He holds advanced degrees in Business Administration and Organizational Leadership; life coach, and Certified Diversity Executive. Wilton maximizes his experience and education by partnering with public and private organizations, businesses, and thought leaders.
Then there's “Will”, - the dynamic speaker, teacher, and facilitator. He is committed to inspiring and empowering people with the knowledge and tools they need to courageously share their unique voice and expertise in ways that are clear, drives connection, and culture shifts. He writes, teaches, lectures, and facilitates in his unique “tell-it-like-it-is'' style.
Next, there's “Punchy”- the brother, son, and family man. He was the second oldest of four children, but a couple tragedies left him the oldest of two. He was born 2 months prematurely, and only weighed 3 lbs at birth. His father gave him the nickname, Punchy, because he scowled and kept his fists balled like he wanted to punch someone his first month in NICU. The doctors told his parents it was unlikely he would survive, but even then, he manifested his mantra, "Where there’s a Will, there’s a way!"
“WW” is the unpredictable one. He can be confident but not arrogant... generous, but not easily taken advantage of... educated, but always wanting to learn… the list of contradictions are endless, and WW is the one that will surprise you with what he does… or doesn’t do.
Most importantly, there's the favorite - “Daddy!” Daddy regulates everyone else. When “Wilton” is tired, daddy forces him to work harder. When “Will,” is feeling himself, daddy reminds him there’s always someone better. When “WW” wants to do his own thing, daddy reminds him who he’s leaving a legacy to.
